Massachusetts Shop Hop October 17-19!
We are very excited to be a part of this fantastic Shop Hop which takes place October 17th, 18th and 19th 2008. You won't want to miss out on all the fun and the chance to visit ten wonderful quilt shops!

Passports go on sale on July 1st for $5. Buy a passport and recieve a free fat quarter and a free commemorative tote bag (while supplis last).

Quilting Day for Project Linus!
Do you have orphan 12" blocks that need a home? Please consider donating them to our Project Linus Party. Project Linus is a national organization whose mission is to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade quilts and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer “blanketeers.” Our store has been a drop off point for Project Linus and your orphan blocks will be assembled into quilts & brought to Memorial Hospitals’ Pediatric Unit. Won’t you consider becoming a blanketeer? The Project Linus Party to make the quilts will be held on 11/9 from 10-4. Lunch will be served. Please donate 12" orphan blocks no later than 10/31.

Cup Cake Challenge!
Cupcakes are the new, cool thing! We’ve decided to have some fun with cupcakes at the Quilters Loft. Stop by starting Sept 6th to pick up your free mini- quilt cupcake pattern. Then use your creativity to whip one up with your own scraps and embellishments. Bring in your finished cupcake buy Oct 10 to be displayed in our shop. Customers will vote for their favorite cupcake and the three quilts with the most votes will receive the Cupcake Pincushion book by Cindy Taylor Oats. Winners will be announced November 1st. Anyone looking for creative ideas, stop by and visit to see our “no calorie” sample cupcakes.
