Monthly Fat Quarter Raffle!

Celebrate Spring with your friends at the Quilters Loft! Starting April 1 st, we will begin a monthly FAT QUARTER raffle. Purchase a fat quarter, place it in our basket and fill out an entry slip. The last day of each month we’ll draw a name from the participants. The winner gets ALL of the fat quarters in the basket! Join the fun and maybe YOU WILL WIN!

Cup Cake Challenge! Cupcakes are the new, cool thing! We’ve decided to have some fun with cupcakes at the Quilters Loft. Stop by starting Sept 6th to pick up your free mini- quilt cupcake pattern. Then use your creativity to whip one up with your own scraps and embellishments. Bring in your finished cupcake buy Oct 10 to be displayed in our shop. Customers will vote for their favorite cupcake and the three quilts with the most votes will receive the Cupcake Pincushion book by Cindy Taylor Oats. Winners will be announced November 1st. Anyone looking for creative ideas, stop by and visit to see our “no calorie” sample cupcakes.

Exciting, Block of the Month Programs!

The Piece & Plenty Mystery by Moda started in January but there are still kits available!. This is a pieced and appliqué Block of the Month with a neat basket theme. We’ve chosen to execute the quilt in the luscious Decadent Victorian line by Moda. You will love this project which consists of 15 blocks released over 12 months. Registration is $15 and you may pick up your kit anytime during the month for $14.95 each. The kits contain a block pattern with fabric as well as a bonus pattern for an alternate block. Join the Chain Gang Saturday Sampler!

On March 21 st & 22 nd we started another session of last year’s wildly popular Saturday Sampler Series. This year we’re going to have fun working on the Chain Gang – a fantastic quilt with eye-catching chain blocks and optional paper pieced star blocks. Chain Gang began in March but it's never too late! There are still spots available. You have the opportunity of being “ locked in" Friday night at 6pm or Saturday morning at 9am. If you can’t make it in during these times, come in any time to purchase your block for $6.   Sign up fee is $20, which will include the first months block. This program runs 12 months and will include the interior fabric only. and does not include the background - which is your choice. Optional, paper pieced star blocks will be available for purchase and will include the pattern, 2 sheets of paper piecing paper and focal fabric only for $9.00. Stunning Curved Piecing Block of the Month!

Our second B.O.M. is Many Paths All Around – a unique quilt using curved piecing to create 12 stunning blocks. This batik quilt has a breathtaking look but it simple to create using the 4” Drunkards Path templates (available at a 10% discount for participants). Each 16” block introduces you to a new setting. This is a great opportunity for those who have never tried curved piecing and the perfect way to try something new for the more experienced quilter. Blocks are available any time during the month, beginning in February. Registration is $15. Kits include easy to follow instructions for that month’s block and fabric for $14.95 each. A Festive, Christmas Block of the Month!

O’Tannenbaum, began in January. Due to it’s popularity, we are offering the block of the month again. This 10 month project is $19.95 per month. A 10% discount will be given to anyone who pays for the entire series up front. Come in to pick up your blocks any time. There are a couple of kits left, so jump in now!
